VIP CARD regulation

By filling out the form with your details you will join the Bounty loyalty plan which will give you the opportunity to accumulate points to obtain fantastic prizes and participate in our promotions.

RULES:

For every €10 spent, you earn 1 point, which is added to your virtual VIP card.
Upon activating your Bounty VIP Card, you will be credited with 5 points as a welcome bonus.

Recipients of the Bounty VIP Card:

The Bounty VIP Card is intended exclusively for customers of the Bounty Adventure Club of Rimini, hereinafter called the “Issuer”.

Objective of the Bounty VIP Card:

The “Bounty VIP Card” aims to reward the loyalty of the Customer, hereinafter called the “Holder”, with a series of prizes and promotions reserved for him.

What is the Bounty VIP Card:

The Bounty VIP Card is a virtual card that allows you to accumulate points every time you dine at the Bounty. Signing up for the loyalty plan is completely free, upon entering your name and valid email address. Registration for the Bounty VIP Card can be done via the iPad supplied to the waiters at the venue. Failure to complete or complete the form will make it impossible to register for the loyalty plan. Using the Bounty VIP Card:

Registration and filling out the relevant form simultaneously activates the virtual Bounty VIP Card. La card Virtuale è personale e per usufruire dei benefici connessi è necessario dichiararne il possesso prima di pagare il proprio conto.
Il saldo punti verrà inviato periodicamente all’indirizzo email utilizzato per l’iscrizione.

Validity and revocation of the Bounty VIP Card:

The Bounty VIP Card has no expiration date; however, the Issuer reserves the right to cancel it at any time without prior notice in the event of fraudulent, improper, or detrimental use—harmful to the Issuer—or any violation of these terms and conditions.
Revocation entails the cancellation of the loyalty program membership and the forfeiture of any accumulated, unused benefits.

Point management:

The accumulated points allow the Cardholder to receive an advantage in terms of discounts on products offered exclusively at the Bounty Adventure Club in Rimini.
Upon reaching the minimum threshold of points necessary to benefit from the discount, the Issuer reserves the right to also assign benefits other than discounts or price reductions as long as they have the same value.
The Issuer also reserves the right to assign to its loyal customers additional vouchers or extra points as benefits linked to ownership of the Bounty VIP Card.
Upon activation of the Bounty VIP card, and just for having activated it, 5 (five) points will be immediately credited as a welcome.
For every 10 (ten) euros spent, a quantity of points equal to 1 (one) will be credited to the virtual card which will be added, from time to time, to the points already acquired during previous purchases.
Failure to inform the waiter of possession of the virtual card before payment will not allow the accumulation of points and will not give the right to them being credited at a later time.

Duration of the initiative and collection of prizes:

Points expiry: 30/09/2026

Upon reaching 15 (fifteen) points, the customer will be entitled to a discount voucher of €5 (five euros) which can be spent on a dinner of equal or greater value or the Bounty branded backpack.
Upon reaching 20 (twenty) points, the customer will be entitled to a discount voucher equal to €10 (ten euros) which can be spent on a dinner of equal or greater value or a Bounty branded T-Shirt.
Upon reaching 30 (thirty) points the customer will be entitled to a discount voucher of €15 (fifteen euros) which can be spent on a dinner of equal or greater value or 1 Bounty branded Seaside Shopper.
Upon reaching 40 (forty) points the customer will be entitled to a discount voucher equal to €20 (twenty euros) which can be spent on a dinner of equal or greater value or the Bounty branded sweatshirt.
Upon reaching 60 (sixty) points, the customer will be entitled to a discount voucher of €25 (twenty-five euros) which can be spent on a dinner of equal or greater value or the Bounty branded beach towel or beach boxer.

Prizes may be collected directly from the Issuer no later than September 30, 2026. After this date, the points will be cancelled and will no longer be valid, nor will they entitle the holder to any refund.

Rewards can be claimed starting from the second visit.

At the time of the account you can only claim 1 prize; you can use the remaining points to collect further rewards on your next visit to the venue.

By activating the Bounty Bounty VIP Card, the conditions set out in this Regulation are deemed to have been accepted, the updated version of which will always be available on the Issuer’s website www.bountyrimini.it and at the headquarters of the Issuer.
